"From ""The Cat Waltz"" to the star ""Zaniah"", Svetlana Andreeva's virtuoso piano plays delicately ""Through the Window"" of her life. ""Five Flowers"" blossoms in five beats, just to say that being different is ""No Tragedy"". For her, cherries are grey (""Gris-Cerise""). Her passion for music is a ""Wild Sonata"". Her finale is an abandonment of freedom in a sophisticated ""Divagation"".

Born in the south of Ukraine, Svetlana Andreeva's musical youth was spent on the Moscow Volga. After a brilliant academic career in Vienna, ""Synesthesia"" is now taking her on an unprecedented French adventure with Sfumato Records. Sfumato Records is a newly established French label specialising in premiere recordings and musical creation, which it promotes alongside leading international artists and institutions. Synesthesia is the first milestone in this exciting and ambitious undertaking."


"De « La valse du chat » à l’étoile « Zaniah », le piano virtuose de Svetlana Andreeva joue délicatement « à travers la fenêtre » de sa vie. « Cinq fleurs » s'épanouissent à cinq temps, juste pour dire, qu’être différent n’est « pas une tragédie ». Pour elle, « Les cerises sont grises ». La passion qu’elle voue à la musique est une « sonate sauvage ». Son final est un abandon de liberté en une « divagation » sophistiquée.

Née dans le sud de l’Ukraine, la jeunesse musicale de Svetlana Andreeva s’écoule dans la Volga moscovite. Après un brillant parcours académique viennois, Synesthesia l’emmène aujourd’hui dans une aventure française inédite auprès de Sfumato Records. Nouvellement créé, le label français se spécialise dans la création, qu’il s’attache à défendre aux côtés d’artistes et d’institutions de premier plan de la scène internationale. Cet enregistrement constitue ainsi le premier jalon de cette entreprise passionnante et ambitieuse."
